Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your PlugIt account and all associated data. This action cannot be reversed.

Request account deletion

To delete your account, send us an email from your registered email address with your deletion request.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Charging session history and transaction records
  • Saved locations and preferences
  • Payment methods and billing information
  • If you own charging stations, all station data and analytics

Processing timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Your account will be deactivated immediately upon confirmation, and all data will be permanently deleted from our systems within the processing period.

Important consequences

Please note:

  • This action is permanent and cannot be reversed
  • You will lose access to all charging history and receipts
  • Any active subscriptions or credits will be forfeited
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use PlugIt again
